unmotivated and unhelpful staff: Had to ask couple of times to get them moved to do something (eg. welcome drink, functional safe, room with a closable window, service at the restaurant, getting the ordered menu)

Great! Would go there again if I’m around there next time
The bed was a warm welcome after a couple of weeks on rough mattresses elsewhere in Mexico! Slept like a baby! The breakfast was delicious, the place is very clean and relatively new by the looks of it. Seemed to be very popular with Mexicans which we took as a good sign.
The guy at the front desk reception was friendly, however not very supportive.

The hotel itself is bright and modern and would appeal to business people I am sure.
The staff when we checked in were very accommodating and helpful. The decor was very bright and appealing.
The hotel was very hard to find ,the signage was not easy to see particularly at night. It was hidden in a kind of industrial area. The secure wifi did not work in our first room so we needed to move. Their visa machines were out of paper so they said they could not take visa, kind of unusual for a business.
